A couple things I struggled with the first time I tried to put this on:-Watch a YouTube video first like they say in the instructions. Would have saved me a window pane worth of film if I did this.-You do apply on the inside of the window.-Cut pretty close to size before you try to put it on.-You need something harder than a normal squeegee (like a credit card) to get bubbles out.-Make sure you get the dirt out of the edges of the window before you apply!!-Plain water won’t help you. Get a solution made for this or use baby shampoo & water. & make sure to spray both the window & the adhesive side of the film GENEROUSLY so you can get it into place correctly. Once this stuff sticks, it STICKS.A couple complaints I have seen in the reviews that are covered in the listing or instructions:-This only gives you privacy when it is light outside.-There is a clear backing, use 2 pieces of tape to peel it off.-There is a tint to it looking out from the insideOverall, it’s very nice!! A bit of a learning curve, but if you watch a video on how to do it first, it’s fairly easy!
