The backing is horrible. With my wife and I both trying, it took 5 mins for one of us to get it. And wouldn't you know it, as soon as we were going to install it, the backing reattached itself. Good thing as the tint strip was not black in color as advertised, it was nasty chrome. There is nothing in the description stating chrome or black, but the pictures surely show black. Returned for the nasty chrome
